August 2024. What a beautiful and lovely area. When I was there I saw ample fields of blooming sunflowers. And then the Dordogne river that flows past the backyard, where you can enjoy paddling with a canoe. Ans, Nijmegen, NL.
Response: It is also very relaxing for us to see the canoes paddling by at the end of the day.
August 2024. We really enjoyed the house, a beautiful location on the banks of the Dordogne river with ample privacy and tranquility. The host and hostess are incredibly warm and friendly and make sure you don't lack anything. The master bedroom has a beautiful view and a good firm double bed with a mosquito net. On the veranda is a dining table and you have a beautiful view over the fields. In short, an absolute must visit!
Response: You were there at the moment when the sunflowers started blossoming! For the new season in 2025 we will place fly screens in the bedrooms, then a mosquito net will no longer be necessary in the warm season.
July 2024. Helena and Enton, we really enjoyed being your first guests. We enjoyed your beautiful authentic holiday home for a week, which has everything you could possibly need, the beautiful front garden and the enormous back garden that extends to the banks of the Dordogne. There is always a spot of shade or a spot of sun somewhere. But how nice that there are so many special old towns in the area with markets, restaurants and terraces.
